Being Genuinely Happy With Self Improvement Products ...

They say that life is a bitter-sweet chocolate. Self Improvement Products help at times when I tend to feel burdened and heavy hearted, and seeing other people happy around me makes me wonder: ?How is their life better and happier? How do they always have a smile on their faces despite the worries of career and personal lives?? It makes me take a break from whatever I?m doing, sit down and observe. Eventually, I realised it was all within our ?self? since happiness lies within us.

How, then, do you always be heartily happy? It turns out that it all begins with loving your own self. Yes, that is the step number one to happiness. One of my professors who taught us theology had a belief that love meant accepting. It implies that one must accept themselves as they are, with all the imperfections while being brave enough to be able to overcome your weaknesses.

The key to innate happiness is being content. Happiness follows if you are satisfied with the circumstances of your life ? whether career, family, friends, looks, residence, possessions, etc. If you are thoroughly pleased with your life, then you know how to attain genuine happiness.

You need to find some initiation, however minute, within yourself to be able to be happy. Constantly doubting your life and blaming it for all your misfortune is never, ever going to lead you to happiness.

Life is a journey that you need to undertake on your own and search determinedly to understand the wrongs and the rights; as well as experience the failures and losses ? and the victories too ? through your constant trying. For, such events occur continuously and you must learn to handle them. Failure is necessary and you must not allow it to get to you, except to learn a good lesson. You must never let failure pull you down.

Despite such trials, is it possible to be really happy? It is easier if you see it this way:

Imagine that life has a score board, much like the big ones at league matches. Now, also presume that life awards you points for whatever little effort you may put in to improve yourself and your life in some way. It may even be something as seemingly insignificant as tidying up your bedroom; or as notable as assisting a stranger or looking after a sick family member or pet; or as brave as reappearing for an exam you failed or saving someone?s life. It all counts ? and, assuming, it all counts equally i.e. everything is worth exactly one point.

So, every time you forge ahead, even by a single step, you increase your scores. Now, at the end of the day, what is it that you?d rather see: a few scores or a nil, dud score? Answer seems obvious ? and you must have realised that making some score interprets to making efforts throughout the day. It is certainly more heartening to see a small score and feel grateful, as well as encouraged to keep going. And it is definitely better than seeing a zero score and wishing you?d given a try.

Things like purchasing a hot racing car, an achievement in career, winning a lottery do not define true happiness. The most coveted things in life may not always go to the one who is supposedly the best. Knowing that you may not get it, will you be able to stay happy? It all depends on how you perceive happiness. Happiness, for different people, means entirely different things and cannot be given a unified definition for a mass of people. It means success and money to some, fame to some others; career achievements to some, publishing their own book to some others. Given the predicament, how are you going to be ?truly? happy? The answer lies in the fact that happiness cannot be found in the best of things: instead, it?s in making the best of things we have. It is when you notice a mistake you make, find yourself amused at it and promise yourself to do a better job next time that you can claim to have the determination to be sincerely happy.

Accepting a flawed yourself is your first step in becoming happy, for, it is the Step one! Learning to accept yourself, you?ll also learn to accept others and find yourself accepted. And loving a flawed yourself will teach you to love others, and you?ll find it being reciprocated.

Now, if you ask me ?How do I become truly happy?? again, I?ll show you to one of my friends who quoted very wisely, ??Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life?s aches and pain. But most of us don?t know that the best kind of laughter is laughter over self. Because then you don?t just become happy. you become free.?
